This realtor found me after I trolled Zillow for a few weeks. She was very responsive and if she didn’t know an answer she made sure to get back to my husband and I. We are picky folks, kinda a nightmare for most realtors, but Taylor took time to make sure we had help to see all the houses we requested. She’s nice but a go-getter. Not lazy at all and really friendly. She never seemed frustrated by us and her husband is a custom home builder so this is the person to talk to. Overall, found our home quickly with her being responsive constantly through our weeks of house hunting. Highly recommend this wonderful realtor. We felt very confident in working with her!!!!
Taylor is amazing! My family and I were moving from Arizona to Alabama and I called the listing agent (Taylor) on a house we liked. She was very knowledgeable about the property as well as the surrounding area and is very connected in the community. My wife and I flew to Alabama for a week and we looked at 20+ homes. Taylor was always on time, a great communicator, and listened to our wants and needs. She showed us houses that met those needs and also kept the houses within our budget. There was no wasted time on looking at houses that were outside of our price range or would not meet our needs and that was very important as our time was limited. Even after looking at all of those homes, we did not find “The One” and it was at that point that we had lost hope and decided to go the rental route. When we got back to Arizona Taylor called us and told us of a house that had just come on the market and that the house and neighborhood would be perfect for our family. Taylor did a walkthrough of the house via FaceTime and after seeing it, we put an offer on it and the rest is history. I cannot thank Taylor enough for staying vigilant and finding my family a home. We look forward to working with Taylor again in the future!
