As a real estate investor for over 20 years, I’ve had many varied experiences involving various agents. It is truly my pleasure to write this review for Taylor Carter. In today’s business world, people often do only what’s minimally required or lack the career defining professional skills or knowledge needed. Taylor is truly the exception. I often refer to her service as “Relax, I’ve got it”! Many times when I’m looking to buy properties, and she has helped me with over eight purchases and one sale in the last several years, my transactions are involving what is called at 1031 exchange. These transactions have very clear tax timelines to work within. That said, I have never even come close to the time constraints as she understands and meets the criteria for what I’m seeking. Taylor has a phenomenal understanding of the markets and the different areas within the markets. She has mastered the critical technical skills with computers and information sources.
