Taylor was a dream realtor. She had experience. She had great practices like being there with the inspectors and taking notes. She was transparent and let us know about everything that was going on. Her experience with the qualifying price of the property was spot on. She was like dealing with a good friend. Loved the whole experience and the fact that our property sold within 24 hours , cash, and $5000 over asking price was great. I would highly recommend her to sell your home or to purchase a new one.
