My experience with Taylor & Cain far exceeded anything I've ever dealt with re: real estate. Taylor always gave me a long notice (sometimes the day before) each scheduled viewing of my residence. She went out of her way to help me understand each step of the process from beginning to closing & beyond! Taylor was able to sell my residence @ an even higher amt than expected, in addition to selling it quickly, providing ease of the closing process. Taylor also urged me to get in touch with her if I had any further questions or needs that she could help me with. Taylor was/is always professional, courteous, friendly & helped in each aspect of the process of listing, showing, selling and closing the sale of my residence. She is, by far, the very best real estate agent I have ever dealt with!
