We cannot recommend Tawny enough!

As first time homebuyers, my husband and I weren’t too sure what to expect with buying a home in such a competitive market. We were even considering going as far as doing a rent to own program, but thank god we met Tawny before signing up! We learned so much through working with Tawny, and she did such a phenomenal job in listening to our preferences and advocating for us as her client. She made an unfamiliar process extremely straightforward. Even in this crazy market that we are in, she helped us find a home within a month of looking. She was always available to quickly address our concerns or questions. Tawny was also able to help pair us with a mortgage broker who made sure that we were taken care of and who was patient with helping us navigate the financial aspects of purchasing a home. Overall our experience with Tawny was phenomenal. We will continue to recommend Tawny to anyone we know who wants to buy a home!
