Tawny is simply incredible. She walked us through the entire process from beginning to end, on both the selling AND buying side, and was personally involved in each and every step. She was on top of all open action items to ensure they were completed on time, and worked with each group to make sure things were moving forward whether it be with us, the title companies, banks or realtors—even the various contractors and inspectors working on both houses. Such an incredible amount to do (more little details than I could have ever expected!), and Tawny handled it all deftly with grace and enthusiasm.
