Tawnis market knowledge is outstanding. She knows the ins and outs of market trends and she WILL get you into a house you love. But what is more incredible on a human basis is how caring she is for the client. She never pushed me for her own selfish motives (getting closed quickly or pushing a more expensive house) she literally was right with me as if it was her own house. She always cared for us we knew right away, until the end when we couldn’t get into the house we loved. She lowered her commission significantly so we could buy the home. We didn’t know she cared for us to that extent! We were blown away. Why would anyone do such a thing? It’s because she does not care for money more than she does her relationships with her clients. She is so kind, caring and such a professional realtor I recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell!!:)

She was very knowledgeable on pretty much everything. If she didn't know, which might have happened once, she was on top of finding out about it. She's very sweet and made us feel like her family.
