Tawanda Vasquez is very professional and thorough.
Tawanda outlined things we needed to do before listing our home. She arranged for the online photographs; ran comps in our neighborhood; set an open house the first weekend after listing; and followed through on every promise she made to us. All her recommendations for pre-listing changes resulted in two offers within three days of the online listing, both at full list price. My wife and I would recommend her to anyone wanting to sell their home. But be prepared to move when the sign is placed in the yard.
