I live in philadelphia and I needed to sell my parents home in florida. I was referred to Tawanda by a friend of my parents. What a blessing it was. She helped handle some issues for me since I couldn't keep coming back and forth to Florida. When it came to putting the house up for sale, her knowledge and quick thinking helped in the sale of the house in a timely fashion. When you sell or buy a home, you need someone that you can really trust. That's Tawanda Purdie! She had to deal with numerous problems but she always came through.
