I can’t recommend Tawanda enough. We were introduced through Realtor.com as we didn’t know any realtors, and I’m extremely grateful for the introduction. We loved the first house we viewed and Tawanda was able to give us great advice on what to offer in order to have the offer accepted without overpaying. She was also there constantly by our sides the whole way through the process. When we encountered issues Tawanda knew the right people to have them resolved quickly and efficiently. She is very communicative and never left us feeling like we didn’t know what was going on. One month later I am typing this review from inside our dream home. As I said at the start of this review, I really can’t recommend her enough and consider her more of a friend than a realtor now.
