I’m not a first time home buyer, but it’s been about 20 years since the last time I purchased a house and this time I was by myself, so I really needed help in knowing what to look for and look out for. Tavri was patient and so helpful in getting me to make a list of my needs vs. wants vs. absolute no ways (goodbye yard and yard work!) and worked tirelessly to help me find the perfect new home for myself. She assisted all the way through from browsing online to finding a lender and obtaining a mortgage and scheduling an inspection.
