Tatyana found this REO property for me when I was looking for a good investment, which is hard to find given market conditions and that many houses are overpriced. Despite strong interest to this property from other buyers, she was able to negotiate the contract and secure the deal. I have done a few transactions with Tatyana by now and the home buying and selling process with her is always easy.
