Tatyana helped the reviewer sell this property

Stellar listing agent who is not afraid of difficult situations

I hired Tatyana Clark to list my investment property for sale. At the time that need arose, I was out of the country and tenants were still occupying the property. Tatyana quickly assessed the situation and came up with a game plan. She made arrangements with my tenants that were acceptable to everyone. Tatyana did a great job, marketing the property and setting up the price. On day one we had multiple showings, and we got under contract at full price with multiple offers the next day. Tatyana is very resourceful and persuasive when she needs to get something resolved. The transaction itself was not an easy one but Tatyana quickly addressed every challenge that came up along the way. I’m very thankful for her level of expertise in the market and overall real estate matters. After Tenants moved out, she went above and beyond making sure my property was in an acceptable condition to transfer to property to the buyers.
