From the first day, it was apparent that she is very in touch with the market and her suggestions helped us sell our home extremely quickly. She adapted on the fly when things changed and made the most of it. I would highly recommend her for anyone looking to buy or sell.

Tatum is patient. She knows what her clients are looking for, what they should be wary of, the market trends, and how to best support them in these stressful transactions. I have bought/sold a few times, and for some reason, I was more nervous this time than any other time. Tatum listened to my concerns, needs to be addressed, and was a strong support throughout the process. She was able to negotiate where reasonable and push back on the excessive requests of others. We always know that we are in good hands with Tatum. She is honest, direct, and gives what is needed when it is needed. There is no guessing. I appreciate her expertise and ability to handle anything thrown at her in such an emotionally charged time. Tatum has always taken care of us, whether selling or buying, and we will never look anywhere else (unless she breaks up with us lol). We first met Tatum acting as the sellers agent at a property we were looking at. She went out of her way to answer all our questions, going to the town hall to get copies of records, etc. We ultimately did not purchase this property, but as we continued searching we found another property of interest and since we currently reside 3K miles away we needed a local agent to help us. We immediately thought of how impressed we were with Tatum and reached out to her to act as our buyers agent. She was able to adjust her schedule and meet with the seller the same day we reached out. She was instrumental in helping coordinate with inspectors and even a recommended mortgage company. She made our entire process so much easier I can't express enough our gratitude for all she did. Better than all the rest! Sorry for the Rod Stewart reference buuuuut it’s not wrong! Tatum has represented us through two sales and two purchases. We will never look elsewhere because of her knowledge, experience, communication, dedication, and ongoing support….even after all the transactions. This sale was extremely stressful for us as buying our dream home depended on a quick, clean sale. Tatum made it happen in less than a week. I don’t know why I stressed so much.
