My sister reached out to Tatjana based in her reviews with a different company and we had a great experience with her. My sister didn’t qualify for much so we were limited and this was during camp fire too so prices for homes were up. However, Tatjana never show signs of negativity. Instead she still gave her the best information that she has about the houses, points out any problems/issues with the houses that we should take into consideration, was very patience with us because my parents are very picky individuals when it comes to what they expect from a home. So it’s was fun and stressful but she understands all that. Eventually we found the right one in my sister’s price ranged and got the house. We even got a nice gift cute basket of gifts from her. That was a surprised. We were really grateful for her hard work for a low approval budget. Fast forward. From that experience, my husband and I decided that we wanted to look at the house that we bought. It was very last minute but Tatjana and Danielle rushed all paperwork to make our house purchase happened. We were able to looked at the house the same day I contacted Tatjana while getting the pre approval and everything done at the same time. Have the offer in and for accepted within I want to say 3-4 days. The seller was great even though we heard stories about the struggle with house being for this year. We were fortunate and got a good seller, closed early, did some negotiations, and in our house in just a few weeks. Tatjana gave us a nice gift that we are still thankful for. I cannot express my gratitude enough for her help with my sister’s and our house purchase. It shows she’s committed to making her clients find the right home whether you are approved for more or less. The customer service is the same for both experiences with different price ranges. I had originally went with another agent to view a house and to try to find other listings to view. When my prior agent was too slow in getting me what I wanted.. With this being our first home purchase we were very nervous with every aspect of buying a home.
