Tatiana was highly recommended by my mother's friend and she did not let us down. Now I'm not an novice in real estate and held a real estate license in another state a while back, so I was definitely not ignorant regarding many real estate personalities that I've met in this industry. Tatiana pleasantly surprised me. Right from the beginning, she took the time to understand what we were looking for and carefully prepared properties that matched our expectations. She always listed pros and cons on every option we've looked at and the level of transparency was refreshing. She also never pressured us into anything and we felt very comfortable and in control. Eventually we went with 2 new construction homes. Tatiana was well prepared and thorough. She is an expert in North Port / Charlotte / Venice area and was able to guide us through many issues, as well as advising us on the builder's options and provided detailed suggestions - those priceless "little" things we would have never knew or thought of until too late. Not a question was missed or not proactively handled throughout challenges in the new construction - and trust me there were many scenarios where the build did not go according to plan.
