First things first Tatiana was on time. That’s a huge sticking point for me so the fact that she was made for a good first impression. She allowed me to view at my pace and was not pushy. We viewed a total of 6 properties in 2 days and she was able to get me a great deal especially on the closing cost which was a bit of a sticking point for me. Overall great service and great follow through. I had a million questions and she responded timely even to my 10pm texts.

I am an older person so I have had lots of experience with realtors. Tatiana is the most pleasant, professional agent you could want. If she says she will do it, you can consider it done. Her follow through is beyond the norm. She is encouraging and supportive it doesnt matter if the property is low or high end, you will feel valued as a person and communicate your desires to the proper people.
