Tas felt more like a caring family member, rather than just a Realtor. Took the time to explain the home buying process. Responsive whenever I had questions. Proactively searched to find homes that fit my criteria with CMA’s so that I could make an informed decision quickly. That included recommending nice areas to search. She has home building experience and that was so invaluable! She was able to identify issues with homes we saw and inform me of remedies or whether they were showstoppers. Most importantly, her aim was *not* to maximize her profit. For my house, she negotiated down the purchase price and made sure that all the other players in the pipeline (Lenders, etc.) were moving on-time and in-line. Prior to Tas, I met a Realtor who flat out told me it’s in my best interest to buy a Million $ property because I would benefit in the long run from appreciation. Another Realtor I was working with simply did very little for me (and it was a 2 person team). Not even offer an honest opinion on properties we saw. Didn’t even care about neighborhoods they brought me to. When Zillow paired me with Tas (which I didn’t ask for), I thought she was the Seller or a Listing Agent, so I was hesitant to even talk to her. I just wanted to see the house that day….I thank God that I decided to be open and work with her! I have a house now.
