Ms. Redmond was amazing. We purchased our house at the start of the pandemic and it was tough because a lot of companies were shut down or going through covid closures. She would check on us every week to make sure we were staying sane. She answered every question we had for her. When we began to doubt the process, she reassured us it would be okay by giving us the facts. She was very professional and had so much grace and class. She made this one of the best experiences ever. I miss her, "How are you guys doing?" messages. She is so knowledgeable about the home buying and refinancing process and I am so glad we found her.

Tashele was amazing in negotiating a great deal for me on my condo. She had no problem showing me multiple units and guiding me to what worked best for me and also saved mw some money and heart of having to do renovations.. as always she is top notch

She was patient and understanding when I was indifferent about what updates to make and even when I began rethink selling my home.
