This is our first home buying experience and I can't imagine it going any smoother. Tasha went above and beyond to provide for our every need throughout this process. She is extremely knowledgeable of this area. We ended up looking at 6 houses before we found the one. She went to bat for us to ensure we received the best possible service throughout all inspections. We didn't have to do anything, she took care of coordinating with everyone involved as we were working throughout the week and unable to be present. She is down to earth and fun to work with. Natasha was referred to us from friends who also purchased a home in the same city & highly recommended her. We were open to different types of properties & she sent us a variety of homes. When we considered a fixer upper, she coordinated to have a contracting company do an estimate to help us make a decision. We ended up not buying the fixer & found a different home that was turn key & move in ready. But it was a good experience in deciding whether we wanted to go that route or not, & Tasha was very encouraging & supportive with whatever we decided. The transaction closed quickly, & she was on top of everything. She’s very positive, professional, & has really taught us a lot. Her level of customer service has been above & beyond. Can’t recommend her enough!

Tasha went out of her way to make everything work for us. She was friendly and easy to work with, She kept us up to date as the process went through. She even continued to help us find temporary renters for our new home after it closed. I would recommend her to anyone who has needs in real estate.
