Excellent all around!

Tasha was both our listing agent for our old home and helped us find our new one! Sdid a great job with her market research and came in confidently with a listing price higher than what we had in mind for our old house. She told us she had no doubt we would get an offer for our list price or above; and we did! She walked us through each step and made the sale of our home very easy! As for our new house, she was great again! Any house we wanted to look at, Tasha was very quick to set up tours. On a couple of properties we had questions for the owners, and she was wonderful at reaching out to sellers and getting answers for us. Tasha is also amazing at negotiating, without us feeling like we were being pressured into any concessions. She helped us find our forever home, and we couldn't be happier! We would recommend her to anyone we know!
