I have to say that I was full of anxiety during the process but Tasha's cool calm and collected work demeanor made it that much easier. A call at the very last minute to let a couple that happened to be in the neighborhood come in to see the property turned out to be the home buyers!!! Sold it was. Her knowledge of every aspect when it comes to buying and selling are superb. Oh, so we sold and bought another home within two hours of each other.
