Tasha is so dedicated to her profession and her clients. She's dependable, understanding, flexible, and very responsive in her communications. She is also very organized and updates the client regularly throughout the process...what's next, what needs to be done, etc. We accepted an offer within a week of listing and she always backed us up during negotiations with the buyers. I wouldn't think twice about recommending Team Miller, they're exceptional!

Tasha and Bruce were amazing to work with. Tasha gave us honest feedback on our house compared to the market and provided sales data and current market listings to back up her feedback. She also provided free of charge a decorator to come and give suggestions on what we needed to do to get the house ready and also had an AMAZING photographer take pictures. Her team was ready when we asked to have two days back to back of open houses and our house sold in a couple of days. She also was amazing during the negotiation, inspection and closing process which can be stressful. As an added amazing bonus Tasha shipped us a package that inadvertently wen to our old house a couple months after we moved. They are the absolute best!

Bruce & Tasha (Team Miller) are very nice couple & knowledgeable real states professionals who assisted us in buying our new home in IL. Bruce was very patient showing us different homes that my husband & I wanted to see until we find the one that we like. All you could give this All Star Team is 5*. We mostly worked with Tasha when selling our home but Bruce was also available and helpful when needed. She was efficient, prompt and thorough throughout the entire process. Both of them are always willing to lend a hand or go above and beyond. We moved out of state 2 months before closing and could not have done it without them. They have more local knowledge than anyone I have ever worked with in 30 years of home ownership and have a solid list of referrals for anything you might need. We worked with the Miller team to sell our condo in Yorkville. During our initial meeting, it was clear that Tasha had done extensive research and she was able to give a very thorough explanation of the selling process.
