Taryn did a wonderful job on the selling of my home. She was friendly and professional with all of the scheduling of showings of the house. Her handling of all the inspections and paperwork was appreciated greatly. All in all, the experience was very efficient and satisfying.

Taryn used her knowledge and experience to choose the best list price for the property so we were off to a good start! The professional photographer she works with took beautiful photos which showcased the property. She took the initiative to do what was needed (getting a carbon monoxide monitor since the tenant removed it, placing a privacy screen for the HVAC to improve the aesthetic, etc). I was fortunate enough to receive multiple offers and she helped me to wade through them. The best offer is not necessarily the highest one! She worked with the tenant to coordinate the showings and even helped with the final walk through inspection (after the tenant moved out) since I live out of town. I’m very thankful for Taryn’s customer service and professionalism!
