Taryn was awesome!! She noticed us working on our house and stopped by to see if we were going to sell it. We told her yes and invited her in to take a look around. She gave us great advice on the renovation details and what todays buyer is looking for. She had numerous open houses and did a great job marketing the house in a very difficult market. She even helped stage the house so it looked more welcoming. She and her team did a wonderful job all the way through closing. Couldn't ask for better.

As a first-time homebuyer, working with Taryn was a great experience. I was able to qualify for 40k in down payment assistance--something I did not even know was an option until she brought it to my attention. I was very new to the homebuying process but Taryn provided all the information I needed and offered her professional guidance whenever I had questions. Once I went under contract for my home, the process was smooth, and she was able to negotiate with the seller meet my requests and contribute to closing costs. My new home is perfect for my needs and aesthetic. It was overall an amazing experience!

I had an amazing experience with Taryn! I came into buying a house with little to no knowledge of the process, and I previously felt buying a home was unattainable. She walked me through the entire process initially so that nothing would be a surprise. It took me a minute to really recognize what I wanted, but I bought my first home feeling confident, knowledgeable, and comfortable in my decision. Taryn did not waste any time when it came to narrowing my list and only seeing properties I would seriously consider. Taryn truly guided me not only as an agent but someone truly wanting to see me happy with my choice. I never once felt pressured by Taryn, and I know she understood my concerns, questions, and general anxiety when I first started the process.
