I relocated to Montgomery, AL and had made no previous visits to city. My initial contact with Tarence was via email. I provided Tarence various properties that I would like to visit when I arrived in Montgomery. I flooded Tarence’s email with properties. Tarence was diligent and provided information on each property and in a timely manner. Upon my arrival in Montgomery, Tarence met with me and my family members. While house-hunting, Tarence was prompt and very thorough with his research of a property and could answer my questions either at that time or he would follow up with me. He negotiated with the seller on my behalf for an acceptable sales price. He provided reputable references for services that I needed during the closing of my home. At all times, Tarence was professional and never tried to influence me to visit a property that was of no interest to me. He is a genuinely nice guy. I am extremely satisfied with the property and services received from Tarence. I feel very comfortable recommending Tarence to anyone seeking a home in this area.
