Even though we lived all the way in Ohio and wouldn't be able to have the face to face contact Taran made us feel very welcome and assured that our home would be sold and that we can talk to her at any time. She always kept us updated. She went out of her way to handle things at the house that needed to be handled on a moments notice, and she did this many times when it wasn't convenient. She was very professional at all times and always kept us in the loop. We really appreciate the service we recieved and would highly recommend her.

We got connected with Taran through relocation services provided by our employer and she was very supportive through our move to Tampa. She waited a year till we were ready to start looking for a house and acted quick when we wanted to get things started! The best! Moving is stressful, moving from out of state amplifies that beyond anything you can prepare for. In a time where everything seems to be virtual, we had a bit of hybrid experience, being in person to start and virtual to finish. Taran went above and beyond to make our virtual finish feel as hands on and in person as possible. Not to mention, she knew exactly what our dream home would look like and found it!

When we arrived in Tampa to scout the area for my forever home, we had no idea of where to start. My new employer offered no assistance with Relocation, as well as a lead for housing support. We had only 3 days to shop for houses while visiting Tampa Bay, but Taran had worked with us to find many good potential houses matching our standards a few weeks before we traveled, and she’s very well prepared for our housing tour.
