Tarah and John were amazing to work with. After having a conversation with them they knew exactly what to show me. All the homes they showed us fit us perfectly. We ended up choosing a perfect home the first day, which helped us move the process along sooner. After we chose our home Tarah called us the next day to show us a home that fit all of our criteria. To Us that's commendable because we were already putting in an offer. She cares so much to make our choice the right one. Once our offer was excepted every issue, every email and phone call, she responded to immediately. She is actually the best responder I have ever met. Tarah was phenomenal in selling our home at top dollar. Twice! We were in escrow when our neighbor had a water leak that damaged some of our home, enough that the buyers understandably had to back out. Tarah was extremely helpful in getting our home back in top shape, advocating for us with contractors, insurance, etc... which she had no obligation to do. We listed again and sold quickly for much more than originally. She made us feel like we were her only client. She listened to our needs and concerns, and respected them.
