Tara did an incredible job with the sale of my house. She was professional, communicative, and very clear about everything she needed from me. Right from the beginning, I understood everything about the process, as she explained it all in a simple, direct way. She went above and beyond to make sure my house was ready for sale, and her input on the contract negotiating process was right on the money. People talk about the stress of selling a house, but I didn't experience any of that because Tara does her job and makes it easy for her clients. I was extremely impressed, and I would highly recommend her to anybody.
