Tara was quick to respond to any questions and often provided information before I thought to ask. She is very knowledgeable about the area and all aspects of buying a home. Additionally she went the extra mile to help me purchase the home of my dreams. I highly recommend her.

Working with Tara was an outstanding experience from start to finish. As someone new to the area, her knowledge of the local market, neighborhoods, and overall buying process made a huge difference. She took the time to explain everything clearly and helped us feel confident in every decision we made. What really stood out was how much she genuinely looked out for us as her clients. She wasn’t just trying to close a deal—she made sure we were making the right decision for our situation and future. Her guidance, responsiveness, and attention to detail gave us a ton of peace of mind throughout the process. Tara is great to work with. She made the home buying process as easy as possible and she worked seamlessly with our lender and title company to get to close ahead of the norm.

I found Tara through a referral from Clever Real Estate. After interviewing several agents, I decided to have Tara list our house. Her extensive marketing knowledge and ideas to generate showings were very impressive. She took the time to ask questions about our home, neighborhood and community so she could write a listing description that succinctly highlighted our property. She was always accessible for questions and helped us throughout the sale process. If I’m ever in need of a realtor again, I won’t hesitate to utilize Tara’s expertise!

We found Tara through Clever Real Estate, a discount brokerage. Tara worked through Calomeris Realty, her agency in Frederick, MD. Her reviews were all impressive as was her on-line interview with us, which she was well prepared for. Tara is highly energized, thorough in all she does, always patient and positive, taking the time to explain the complexities of selling your home, always keeping us well informed each step of the way. Tara goes the extra mile, without being asked. She directed us to Lakeside Title who was close by in our community. They were very professional, timely and friendly. We had moved several days prior to our settlement, so we were especially appreciative of our digital closing, which went off seamlessly. We were well pleased with Tara's services and highly recommend her. Mary & Gaetan Carrier, Westminster, MD

I interviewed several top-notch brokerages and realtors. I chose Tara because it was clear that she knew the local market well, was hard-working, knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and incredibly responsive. She also understood the uniqueness of my property and tailored a marketing plan with that in mind. I could not be more happy. She made the whole process simple and we closed in a matter of weeks. Oh! And we got 76k over asking!
