Expectations Exceeded!

We decided to purchase our 1st Arizona home and Tara was recommended. We couldn't be happier. We live 1500 miles away and working with Tara was like being the same office. We ultimately sent her a list of properties we liked from the internet. Tara was able to schedule time for us when we flew out to AZ. We did 3 days of showings from our list. We had a favorite but something wasn't yet perfect. Tara suggested 1 last home to look at and by our 4th day in AZ, we submitted an offer that was accepted. Tara held our hands and we never had a moment alone. She not only guided us through different areas, she also had suggestions and recommendations for any after-purchase fixes or upgrades needed to the home. Moving our family to AZ has become much easier after working with Tara and her group. Highly recommended!
