Working with Tara made the whole transaction go smoothly. Showed us many different houses and once we found the one we really liked, she helped us to jump on it and get all the paperwork done ASAP. She was very fair with negotiations and helped us to work out a good deal on the house. Was always very tentative and around to talk if we had any questions or concerns. Would highly recommend using her and will be using her for all my real estate needs in the future.
