She was very knowledgeable about the property I purchased. Her marketing skills where great. I wanted to have close gulf access and she only showed me homes with that criteria. Since I was not from the area , she assisted me with a title, insurance companies and home inspectors. Her communication skills where excellent!! She told it like is!!
