Tara is very helpful, genuine, and down to earth. We loved working with her. We bought our first home this year and she was there for every step and any questions we had. I honestly felt like we knew her all our life and were touring houses with a friend rather than our realtor. Tara was very professional as well and got our closing done quickly. I've known Tara for many years as a mom, youth football organizer and most recently as my real estate agent. She is professional and honest. I would choose Tara over and over again because she is the best of the best. She’s laid back, down to earth, and truly cares about her clients. She will answer a phone call at midnight with our any irritation. Any occurrence that come up with the lender or difficulties in the process she calms and assures you that it will work out. She came over our house at 8:00pm on a Sunday to get a proposal started right away so we could have the best chances on winning over the purchase agreement. Her best interested is in her clients and even keeps in contact far after the buying process is over to make sure we are happy with our home. She even set up free family photos for her clients which to me is awesome! She has also been a great referral partner with my cleaning business over the years so building a relationship with her goes farther than just needing a realtor. Couldn’t thank her enough for all the help and support!!!!
We were not planning on moving. We weren't even considering looking at houses. Then our neighbors started talking to us about their awesome experience with Tara and Carrie (Cason Home Loans) and what an amazing duo these two ladies were. So we contacted Carrie, got pre-approved, then we contacted Tara. Tara took the time to talk with us, listen to what our needs (wish list) were. Understanding that we didn't HAVE to move, that if we found the right house then okay, but if we didn't, it was ok too. Tara didn't make us feel bad or like we were wasting her time when she showed us a house we didn't care for, she simply said "we'll keep looking". She pegged ALL of our wishes in about 3 weeks and approximately 6 houses. We had access to our "portal" which was a HUGE help in weeding out the no's. There isn't enough good things I can say about Tara. I would (and have) recommend her to anyone that is even remotely thinking about needing her services.
