Tara is a professional, she was always prompt, true to her work, aware of our needs/concerns as the homeowner and was always very workable. Our home received multiple full asking price offers and closed within 45 days of the day we listed. We intend to use Tara when selling a future property…I would highly recommend other thinking of selling to do the same.
