Tara is the best and I can't thank her enough. First and foremost, she is incredibly knowledgeable about the Monmouth county area. I've lived in Middletown for six years, and even I didn't know as much about the neighborhoods and desirable areas as Tara did. Because of that, I felt confident in her finding a new home and neighborhood that was right for my family. When we found our dream home, she put her negotiation skills to work - and landed us with the winning bid during a very competitive market! Even the seller remarked on what a great strategy Tara used. She also helped us sell our first home. She did her research, and knew exactly what to list it at to bring buyers in - it sold within a few days and above asking. She guided us through the confusing selling and buying process, and made sure we were clear on our next steps. She was transparent the entire way - gave us honest opinions and didn't try to push anything on us which we really appreciated. Finally, she was patient and kind. She understands what a stressful process this can be, and helped us feel taken care of the entire time. I highly recommend her.
