Honestly, we hope to never use Tara again... because she has done such a wonderful job of selling our last home and securing our forever "dream" house! After buying and selling MANY times over the last 10 years, always with her, I think we have finally landed in our never gonna leave property. While we don't expect to be utilizing Tara again any time soon, we recommend her to everyone we meet who needs an agent on the buying or selling side. We have, for many reasons, found ourselves needed to buy and sell quite a few personal homes over the last several years. Any time we've been in a situation that needed an agent, Tara got the call! She's worked for us as both buyer's and seller's agent, sometimes as often as once a year, (yikes!) and has NEVER failed us in any way. Most recently we had found our dream house and placed the offer the same day. We, to our devastation, did not win the house. For 19 days I lamented losing my "forever" home, while unbeknownst to us, Tara was working quietly behind the scenes to see if ANYTHING could be done. Imagine our surprise when we get a call almost 3 weeks after losing the opportunity to hear that she had stayed in contact with the sellers, found out the deal was falling through, and got them to accept our last offer - without ever relisting the house! The home we owned at that time then had to be sold, which Tara pulled off in ONE DAY and over asking price! Tara is a miracle worker!
