She has been our Property Manager for over two years. We recently sold a rental property in Nampa. Tara helped us determine the best 1031 Exchange Specialist to use based on our wants and needs. She was professional and the Homes of Idaho team she assembled made this difficult transaction easy for us. Tara still manages two investment properties for us. I am extremely grateful to Tara for helping me manage my property for 5+ years and then also sell my home as my real estate agent when that time came. As my property manager we went through insurance claims, tenant issues, and various repairs that were handled with ease and little to nothing needed from me. Tara helped me buy a Duplex. This was a very complex purchase. I had never purchased a home or any real estate before. So to say I was out of my league by going after an Investment Property is accurate. But when you bring a Heavy Hitter like Tara to the table your level of experience doesn't really matter because she is going to handle everything. Honestly I don't even want to elaborate too much on some of the Strategies that she came up with and we implemented because they were so Fantastic I plan to deploy similar strategies in my future Real Estate dealings. She gave us an advantage and we controlled the transaction the entire time, which is a lot to say considering I was a Buyer in perhaps the most difficult Seller's Market in the History of the Boise housing market. I did not have Financing, she was able to recommend some highly rated mortgage lenders. I chose one and had a fantastic experience with him. During the negotiations for the purchase she was able to get me more than $5,000 from the sellers at the time of Close. After that is when she continued to deliver. Both sides of the Duplex had tenants with long term leases in place, but I needed a unit open so I could move in myself. She negotiated a lease termination with one of the tenants that consisted of her finding that tenant another place to rent in the area and helped them get moved in as well. She then constructed a new, more thorough lease between myself and the other tenant that was in place. From her experience in Real Estate to Property Management, Tara is Seasoned, Long Term Winner.

Tara helped me purchase a home sight unseen. She made sure all parties involved did what they were supposed to do in terms of preparing the home to be "move in" ready for me. I continue to be amazed at the way she keeps so many balls in the air and works so diligently to hold everyone involved accountable.

Tara Hindman and her team did it again! This time around we had a lot of new question because we were looking into bare land in Cascade Lake area. Working in the mountains is a little different then working in town but it didn't stop them. They stayed on top of things and made it happen!
