Tara helped the reviewer sell this property

Fabulous Agent

Tara Hames is an intelligent, kind, understanding and friendly person. I live in New Jersey. My sister pasted away suddenly. I inherited her townhouse in Davie, Florida. I wanted to sell the townhouse quickly. Tara handled all of the repairs and cleaning while I was back in New Jersey. The townhouse was listed and sold quickly and far above the asking price. Tara handled all the local requirements. Tara regularly communicated with me to let me know what was happening with the property. Tara definitely made the transaction easier for me to handle the difficult situation. I felt that Tara always had my interests first. I highly recommend Tara Hames as a great Real Estate Agent.
