Tara helped the reviewer buy this property

Extensive knowledge and expertise in navigating the local real estate landscape

Tara was a pleasure to work with throughout the process of finding our new home. Her understanding of the nuances of the community we purchased in was extremely helpful as we looked at a number of homes in the community. Once we locked in an agreement with the seller, Tara provided a checklist and all the documents we needed to begin working on to ensure we could close on schedule. She locked in a home inspector on short notice and provided experts who could make minor but important repairs once we closed. Tara followed up and kept lines of communication open. Overall, it was a smooth process. I credit Tara as she led the process from start to finish. Whether you’re buying or selling we would recommend Tara!
