Tara is awesome all around. She is very knowledgeable in her field and is respected in the industry. This was our first time selling a home and she made the process go very smoothly. Tara is a dedicated and hard worker. Tara will really take the time to listen to your needs and work tirelessly to find positive results. She will not let you down!

She could not have made things any easier for us. We are senior citizens, unaccustomed to the whole process, and she took care of us at every turn. She was attentive, responsive, understanding, gracious, friendly, and all that one could ask for in an agent. We gave her five stars, but she deserves many many more! She handled the inspections by the home inspector, the fire department, the prospective buyers, the final walk-through, and dealt with the attorneys on both sides to ensure that everything was moving along smoothly. I don’t know how anyone could have done more.

My wife and I are beginning to unpack our belongings into our new house in Falmouth. We are very excited, needless to say, because it is a dream fulfilled after a long (3 year) search. Guiding this search the whole time was Tara Costa, our buyer's agent. Three years is a long time, but Tara's patience never waivered. From the start, she was attentive and obviously listened careful to our wish list. She would email us listings weekly but didn't overwhelm us with those which didn't meet our criteria. When asked to show us a property, often on short notice, she was always available... not once did she say it didn't work into her schedule. When walking through a house we would babble about what we thought about rooms, utilities, layout, finishes, etc. She was clearly listening but would insert a comment only occasionally. Each time it would be insightful, concise and incredibly valuable and always reflective of her years of experience selling and walking through properties.Now that we are done and very happy and satisfied, I think we will miss the hours spent walking through houses and laughing with Tara. We enjoyed her company so much that we recommended that my sister begin her search for a Cape house by reaching out to Tara. I think we may even accompany them on some of their home visits. We can't overstate how helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant Tara Costa is to work with.
