Having recently retired, we were looking to move from the Nashville area to the Meadville area. We were not able to visit in person to search for a home. Tara visited several homes and showed them to us via Facebook messenger. She took the time to point out the good and bad of each property. We were under extreme time constraints due to the closing date on the sale of our home. Once we decided on a property, she was on top of all involved paperwork. Although there were several changes along the way from other entities involved, she always kept us informed. I would highly recommend her to anyone needing a realtor in this area.
We live in Arizona and had a limited amount of time to be in Meadville to look at homes. Tara would take us to see homes when we were in Pennsylvania. She was in contact with us whenever a home would go on the market that she thought we would be interested in. She would meet with our son and show him the house and also do a live walk around that we could watch and ask questions. We made an offer on one home while we were there and it wasn't accepted. We made an offer on the home we purchased after she showed it to our son and did a video showing. Tara handled all the paperwork through emails that she sent us and then we filled out and returned. We set a closing date and we arrived 2 days early so we could see the home. We are very happy with the work that Tara did so we could purchase the home. We were supplied with all the contacts for utilities and were able to handle most by email or over the phone so every thing went smoothly. Closing day was a breeze.
