We do not live in Florida and Tara did an amazing job getting our unit ready for sale. Tara was able to get our unit sold in a little over a month.

We met Tara last year at an open house and expressed an interest in condos in the area of Indian Shores, Florida. She showed us several properties in the area and kept in touch with us throughout the year on what was available. When we returned to Indian Shores the following December, we contacted her to view some properties and she helped us negotiate a deal on a condo in a complex that we found to be the most suitable for our needs. Throughout the closing process, she kept us informed of what we needed to do and represented us at the inspection as well as the closing as we are from out of state and could not attend either event. She FaceTimed with us on many occasions so that we could see specifics including the time of inspection & later when we acwuired access to the owner’s closet. She went far and above our expectations and even helped pay for a home warranty when the sellers refused to do so. We would highly recommend Tara to anyone shopping for a home in the Clearwater area.
