From day one I knew I was in good hands with Tara. In the wrong season for selling a house on 40 acres for a very specific buyer, Tara's marketing brought in a slew of prospective buyers. Her knowledge of Butte Valley along with her widespread base of contacts was invaluable. I was shocked that we got into an escrow so quickly. There were many challenges with this sale and Tara kept me apprised every step of the way and always had my best interests at heart. Aside from her professional expertise, Tara is a wonderful person. She is also a fantastic photographer, our home was featured in Country Living magazine in March of 2017 largely because of her skills at photography.
