Tao is a miracle worker! We were working with a new build purchase based on a contingency sale of our home. The builder was about to end our contract due to our home not selling in a timely manner, but they referred us to Tao as a last chance. They literally gave us 3 weeks to get it done and Tao performed magic! He kept us informed throughout the whole process, was extremely easy to work with and made the whole process less stressful!
