We thought we would never meet a realtor as kind and professional as our last one and that concern was shattered by Tanya Terry. We exchanged emails long-distance and arranged with her to see three properties after we had done a lot of Internet-based research and narrowed our choices. Every one of our emails was responded to promptly. We all met, on time, at the first property and she became an "advisor" instead of just a realtor. Instead of just "showing" a house, she helped us find items we needed to check further, and she confirmed that what we were looking at was really what we needed and wanted. She didn't sugarcoat everything so every place we went to was exactly right. When we were frustrated that a couple of the choices were "almost right" she said, "I've got this place you should look at." She made a call, arranged for us to check it out, and it has become our home. That house is what we were really looking for and we would not have checked it out if it had not been for Tanya's involvement. It was a bit of a stretch financially because we wanted to just be able to pay cash outright and now, instead, we have a small mortgage. However, we will be much happier and have a home that is what we wanted to begin with rather than having to spend time and more money to turn something else into our goal. This was all immediately before and during the COVID-19 Pandemic and, the entire time, Tanya has been positive, enthusiastic, available, and responsive. She listens, she responds, and she knows her sales area like the back of her hand. We recommend her without hesitation.

We are now 5 minutes from a major Lake in a very friendly smaller Town thanks to her efforts. This is a retirement place that Is already being enjoyed. My mother was an agent for 31 years in Atlanta and Iam very familiar with service And duties in real estate.

Tanya was wonderful. We purchased a 140 year old home. It was a 4 month process. There is no way we could have done it on our own. She even helped us find a contractor to do renovations. I would highly recommend Tanya.

Tanya went above and beyond the Call of Duty as a real estate agent. The first time I met with her she dropped everything and came and met us to show us a couple of houses. Then when it came to the house I bought she recommended a couple of loan officers which one was able to get my financing done.
