Excellent Knowledge of Market and Good Practical Advice

Tanya helped us through a long and difficult process of dividing up a jointly owned property and selling one half. She was always friendly and positive and had a very good idea of the local market in Fayette county and the best pricing, selling and negotiating strategies. I am a business lawyer with a lot of experience in real estate transactions but I needed someone with local knowledge and connections and Tanya certainly fit the bill. She did far more than the minimum and was a helpful problem solver at every step of the process. Could not have been more pleased.
