Tanya came in to sell a house inherited and passed down by my mother. It was old. Nearly 100 years old and not in the best of shape. She was a friend of my sister, who co-owned the house at the time. I met a few other real estate agents that came in to try to sell this property to no avail. So when Tanya came onto the scene I expected she would last a few months and bow out like the others. Tanya was very upbeat and didn't seem intimidated by this daunting task ahead of her. She found spots to take appealing photos of the house that made the house look more like an aged mansion than something old and run down. After jumping through many hurdles and showing the place off to many would be buyers, Tanya eventually stayed true to her word and was able to sell the house for a reasonable price. Can't forget about Ron, her husband, as he was there for many showings as well. All this plus Tanya and Ron was able to get me and my wife into our dream home, which we are still in today and plan to be for many years. Tanya was there every step of the way. I've always heard horror stories of selling a house and buying a new one. It's a tedious process for sure but Tanya and Ron helped to make it as uncomplicated as can be. I strongly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell. I mean that's only if you want it done right with very little hardship on yourself. I'm glad they were around. Tanya and Ron were a blessing during our trying time indeed.

Better than all the rest :) I can’t say enough good things about Tanya. She is like love, patient and kind 😂 Seriously though, she is strictly focused on finding the house that feels like home to you. She isn’t pushy in any way like a lot of realtors can be and she won’t ever try to talk you in to going for a more expensive home just to make more money. She really is in it to find you the house you love. She’s also great at protecting you. The realtor on the house we were trying to get had sent over an unfair proposal and she said “no way” and countered with a deal that was fair to us. You honestly won’t find a better realtor than Tanya.

Tanya and Ronnie were amazing throughout the whole buying process. Any time we had questions they were available and answered quickly, if it was something they weren’t sure of right off the bat they let us know ASAP. We definitely plan on using them when we go to sell and buy again later.
