Someone recommended Tanya when I first started to ask around about getting my own place. On of my friend has just finished closing in this property with her. Me and him go way back so his word meant a lot to me. When I first reached out to her she was very profesional, and she stayed that way the entire time. She first asked questioned about my self, what was I looking for and what was important. She went to even ask about my pet and his needs. Me being a veteran she made a list of referrals for brokers, insurance and anything outsource people I would need to make this happen. She gave me her opinion and let me picked on my own. She stayed in too with listings, reaching out to agents for showings, getting paper work ready even going out of her way to pre fill some stuff out to make it easier for me. I felt like she put me first. She even went out of her way to meet me at work to get something from me and she delivered it. That is dedication.
