Very responsive & hard working! Tanya gives straight forward and easy to follow advice. She makes the process and recommended prep work simple and quick to follow. I’m impressed with her experience and recommendations having pulled 3 offers in the first weekend. Having sold/purchased homes before there is always a bit of guess work and negotiation, but Tanya provided good advice and understanding throughout the process. We were originally planning to list before the pandemic hit and ended up selling right in the middle, so you can imagine this was a big component as we all navigate a very different world. I’m very thankful to Tanya for handling many things for us (that she didn’t have to) & making it as easy as possible!
